I'm a guitarist who double's on trumpet and was one of the 3 guy's who made up Buck Owen's Bakersfield Brass " Don Marks, Dave Gray, and Me "with the the Buckaroo's of coarse, the first 7 songs I played by myself on guitar with no band or overdubs just guitar,the last song "Buckaroo" was written by Bob Morris for Buck Owens and was first played by Don Rich on guitar, Don was a great guy and good friend,he also played on the Bakersfield Brass version which is the one that's played on here, I cryed the day Buck asked me to be the lead pallbearer at his funeral, He was killed on his motorcycle going to meet his family in Monterey to take them on a fishing trip he had just finished recording Wheel of fortune with Susan Ray.
